This resort is brand new, located on the Mayan Riviera between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. You are close to everything, but will lack for nothing. Caribbean sands, spectacular pool, superb dining, tennis, Jack Nicklaus golf course. This all-suites resort will knock your socks off. Guests are welcomed in a 100,000-square-ft lobby that's sheltered under 75-ft palapa roofs. The rooms, on the other hand, are surprisingly subdued. Rates
2 bedroom suites: $1200/wk (Maximum occupancy: 6 adults, 2 kids)
1 bedroom suite: $900/wk
Master room: $500/wk
Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, and Easter weeks: $1600, $1000, and $700.
The process
We own floating weeks. I will obtain a reservation from the resort with you listed as the guest. I will supply you with a copy of this reservation and a confirmation letter. That's all you need to check in.
Generally, full payment is due 45 days before check-in, at which point it becomes non-refundable. Depending on the time of year and the time until check-in, I may hold a week based on a deposit. We will finalize terms via email or phone.
